Screening is thorough and consistent — Equifax credit reports, employment verification, past-landlord references, and photo ID. We meet applicants in person whenever possible.

Lease execution uses the Ontario Standard Lease with our jurisdiction-appropriate schedule. Move-in inspections are photo-documented and signed by both parties.
