Our Story
Construction, real estate,
and a CPA.
Our founder spent years working in construction across Canada — from residential construction in Ontario, to operating heavy equipment out West and in the Maritimes — before earning his real estate licence and transitioning into the industry as an Ontario REALTOR®. That hands-on background shapes how we look at every building we manage: from the foundation up, not from the spreadsheet down.
His wife and business partner is a Chartered Professional Accountant with more than twenty years in management. She built the operating platform behind the firm — owner reporting, budgeting, controls, and the disciplined financial rigour serious investors expect.
Our roots run deep in this part of Southern Ontario — the Atkinson family has called Norfolk County home for more than one hundred years, and my wife's family has been in Haldimand County even longer. That heritage isn't marketing — it's why we answer the phone, and why we treat every owner's investment the way we treat our own.
The result is a property partner that speaks the language of your trades and the language of your accountant — fluently, both. One team, two disciplines, and a set of values we don't compromise on: stewardship, honesty, and doing the work properly the first time.
