Whether it's a family's first rental home, a waterfront cottage passed down through generations, or an investment portfolio built over decades — every property deserves to be cared for with professionalism, integrity, and genuine respect.
That's why APG exists. We don't see ourselves as property managers. We see ourselves as stewards of what an owner has worked years to build.
Why APG Exists

Property management should never feel impersonal. Too often, owners are treated like account numbers, tenants struggle to reach someone who can help, and small issues become expensive problems because nobody takes ownership.
Atkinson Property Group was created to offer something different — a company where every client knows exactly who they're working with, built on accountability rather than bureaucracy, where exceptional service is measured by consistency, not promises.

Jacob Atkinson & Tabitha King

Born and raised in Southern Ontario, Jacob and Tabitha bring complementary expertise to APG. Jacob has built his career in real estate, guiding buyers, sellers and investors through one of life's biggest financial decisions. Tabitha is a Chartered Professional Accountant, bringing the financial discipline, reporting rigour and operational structure every serious investment deserves.
Working with buyers, sellers, landlords and investors, they kept running into the same problem. Many property owners struggled long after the purchase was complete — finding qualified tenants, coordinating repairs, protecting vacant cottages, managing contractors, collecting rent, and keeping up with changing legislation.
The need for professional, trustworthy property management became impossible to ignore. That's why Atkinson Property Group was founded — to give owners across Southern Ontario a partner who treats their investment with the same care they would themselves.
Where we are today: APG is newly launched. To this point we've managed our own properties, and we're now opening the doors to a small number of owners across Norfolk, Haldimand, Hamilton, Brant and Oxford. We'd rather tell you that plainly than pretend to a portfolio we haven't built yet — and it's exactly why early clients get more of our attention, not less.
