Snowbird Home Watch in Norfolk & Haldimand

Our snowbird program is built around the same checks we run on vacant properties: heat and power confirmed, plumbing and sump observed, doors, windows and locks checked, and interior and exterior photographed on every visit.

If something goes wrong, you get a call, not a surprise. We coordinate the plumber, the furnace tech, or the board-up, supervise the work, and document the result — all while you are a few thousand kilometres away.

We also handle the visible things that tell people a house is empty: mail and flyer buildup, an unploughed driveway, bins left out. Occupancy appearance is a genuine part of keeping a property safe.

Reports arrive by email after each visit with the date, time, and photos, so you can see your house from wherever you are — and forward the report to your insurer if they ask.
